1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Publisher First platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Publisher Obligations

You agree to only submit websites that you own or have explicit permission to monetize. You strictly prohibited from:

Generating invalid clicks or impressions (bot traffic).
Placing ads on pages with illegal, adult, or hate speech content.
Modifying the ad code provided by Publisher First.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of earnings.

3. Payments

Payments are issued on a Net-30 basis (or weekly for qualified publishers). The minimum payout threshold is $50. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your earnings.

4. Limitation of Liability

Publisher First shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service, including lost profits or data.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service.
